4. Service Description

StartupAmplify offers a service that promotes your startup across multiple platforms, directories, and communities for a one-time fee. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of visitors, users, or investors, as these outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

5. Payment Terms

The current price for our service is $99 as a one-time payment. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy (Section 6).

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we fail to post your startup as promised. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the completion date of your order. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Content

When submitting content for promotion (including startup descriptions, logos, and other materials), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our Services.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or regulations.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt our Services
Use our Services to promote scams, fraudulent businesses, or illegal activities

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by StartupAmplify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupAmplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StartupAmplify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
